Introduction Low outgassing, Silicone-2K, thermally conductive adhesive. MAPSIL QS 1123 TA66 is an adhesive elastomer, designed to participate in the passive thermal regulation of satellites during their missions. This coating meets various environmental and strategic regulations, but also the quality requirements of EN9100 and space companies. It has a significant number of characterisations, publications and flight references. This coating is “Ground & Flight" rated on many substrates, notably through the fine tuning of special procedures we develop.
Usages MAPSIL QS1123 TA66 is silicone resin, especially used for coating, bonding and joint construction.

MAPLUB® SH 100-b

Introduction Low-outgassing grease lubricant for satellite applications. MAPLUB® SH 100-b grease has been specially formulated to meet the constraints imposed on long-life satellite mechanisms. Thus: Its chemical stability with respect to metallic and plastic materials allows its use for very long lifespans. To date, no degradation has been detected. It is ideal for the lubrication of parts made from fragile materials. Its low consistency leads to relatively low torques, especially at low temperatures. Its low vaporisation tendency makes it suitable for various applications operating in particular environments: vacuum equipment (vacuum pumps, etc.), electronics (manufacture of components) and electrical engineering (connections), scientific instrumentation (particle rings, etc.), automotive, aeronautics, nuclear, clean room robots.
Usages MAPLUB® SH 100-b is a grease-type lubricant developed for long-life applications under ultra-high vacuum, especially in the space environment, on supports such as: bearings, spherical bearings, gears, Harmonic Drive or Cyclo reduction gears, roller and ball screws, sliders.

Introduction Thermal and anti-static silicone finish coating for launcher. MAPSIL® AS is used to withstand the launch pad environment and stresses during launch. These two environments can degrade the launcher’s efficacy and reliability. MAPSIL® AS thus reduces the risk of corrosion, overheating and static electric discharge due to air friction, on launch. This coating meets various environmental and strategic regulations, but also the quality requirements of EN9100 and space companies. It has a significant number of characterisations, publications and flight references. This coating is “Ground & Flight" rated on many substrates.
Usages MAPSIL® AS coating is used on several parts of the launcher, especially on parts coated with silicone thermal protection (upper part of the boosters, etc.).
